Your reservations are very important to my success. It is reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore I respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, a $25 per service cancelled fee does apply and will be due before a new appointment is scheduled. I will work with you on emergency based situations as much as I can. All NO SHOW appointments will be charged the TOTAL COST of services scheduled.
I require a 25% deposit for all appointments that are $150 or more, and a $100 deposit for any appointment over 3 hours. Your deposit will be applied towards your services at checkout.
I also have a 15 minute grace period, if you are more than 15 minutes late for your hair appointment, I will consider this a no-show and your deposit will be non-refundable. Please note that if you are 15 minutes late, we may not have enough time to complete your full services you booked.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving at least 48 hours notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that reservation time and guests on the waiting list miss the opportunity to get in for an appointment. Because the service times are reserved especially for you, the deposit you leave will not be refunded.
You may cancel online through your online profile you created when you booked your appointment. If you need to, you may call or text me to cancel within 48 hours. 817-606-7674
I do not accept social media messages or emails as cancellations.
Also, if you decide to add on to your appointment or didn't book the correct service I may not be able to finish it during your allotted time. You may have to skip the blow-dry service or haircut. I need to be respectful of the next guest's appointment time also.
In order to provide a calm and relaxing experience for you as my guest, I ask that arrangements for childcare be made during your appointment time.
